Returns & Cancellations Policy

Cancellations:

In the event that we need to cancel your order due to unavailable stock due to manufacturer error, meaning that that an item is no longer available, we will contact you that the order has been cancelled as soon as we are informed by the manufacturer. We will only cancel the unavailable part of the order if more than one item is ordered.

We hold a large stock of Available to Order products and offer Future Production (Pre-Order) items. Products that have been requested as a special order, such as a bespoke conversion or a pre-ordered special model cannot be cancelled. A deposit may be taken at the time of ordering subject to size of the order.  The full amount will be due before the item is shipped, these can only be returned if faulty, please see returns policy below:

To initiate a return please email us on f1diecastconversions@gmail.com. Return address will be provided after contacting us.

All items sold by us are guaranteed to be as advertised and to be satisfactory to you but occasionally things can go wrong. If any item is not satisfactory, you may return it to us for exchange, credit or refund. If items are to be returned you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Items may then be returned to us for up to 14 days after purchase. Return postage will be credited on faulty/damaged/incorrect items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged for another product or the cost of the items refunded. We will replace faulty goods with an identical replacement item or refund your money if the item is no longer available.

All purchases are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee.

Please contact us by email at f1diecastconversions@gmail.com or complete our contact form to let us know if you would like an exchange or refund.  In all return correspondence please quote your Order number, the items you wish to return and reason (exchange or refund). However if you have any questions on your products or experiance any issues please contact us by e-mail.

Faulty items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt with a photograph of the issue (sometimes things can be resolved if pieces have become unclipped during shipping) and returned to us in their original, undamaged box within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be securely packaged and a certificate of posting must be obtained from the Post Office. Replacement items or refunds will not be issued until the original item has been received by us.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent, for instance a brand new model must be still in mint condition, however vintage items understandly may show signs of age related marks.

Any items returned because of a "change of mind" will need to be returned at your own expense (within 7 days of receipt) and we will only refund the cost of the item. Please note that the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent (including packaging). Customers returning an item(s) that is not in 'mint condition' may not receive a full refund. Please email us on f1diecastconversions@gmail.com before returning any goods.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method as used for payment, or for store credit if requested.

You can return your order, within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by us in advance.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition including packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns or exchanges. 

We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. If you paid for postage, the original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

If you return an item to us that is faulty we will pay for the cost of the return postage. Please contact us for more information.

Upon receiving your returned items we will make any appropriate refunds to the card used to make the order. If an exchange was request then it will be packed and despatched by standard delivery. If additional payments are required if the exchanged item is at higher cost, we will contact you to make an electronic payment via paypal.

How long does it take to process my refund?

All refunds should take no more than 5 working days from when your item(s) arrives back to us. Please allow for a further 5 days for the refund to show up in your bank account as this may vary.
