1.     All items will come with a case/original case/box unless specifically stated in item description.

2.     Custom orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to be completed

3.     The Supplier reserves the right to cancel (or not to accept) or to partially fulfill an order in case that the items are out of sale or not available.

4.     Items will be shipped to payment address unless specifically stated otherwise.

5.     Prices are subject to changes.

6.     Online Sales of Good Act states a 7 day period after the sale for it to be cancelled. This is not applicable to custom/converted orders.

7.     All returns need to reach the seller within 28 days of the buyer receiving the item. A full or partial refund may be awarded, dependent on circumstances.

8.      As Items are custom built to specifications therefore items cannot be returned for refund purposes but a repair/replacement can be provided upon individual circumstances also there may be some variation in boxes & cases

9.     It can take 60 days for arrival in some non-EU countries, Missing items for Non-EU must be reported after 61 days

10.  Reports for missing/lost items in the UK need to be reported within 60 days of dispatch.

11.  Signed for postage must be requested, and will occur additional cost.

12.  A Refund cannot be provided if:

i) Damaged not in transit, proof of damaged outer parcel required

ii) The buyer tries to repair damage themselves.

iii) If fault was known before purchase

vi) Refunds can only be made to the original buyer, and proof of purchase is required.
